The Pastoral Care Team is responsible for the continuing care of the members of the congregation, and assists the pastors and session in maintaining contact with those who are ill, hospitalized, or home-bound as well as those who have experienced other particular joys or sorrows.

We celebrate our members birthdays; we walk the journey of end of life with our members and their families; we coordinate receptions following memorials and funerals.

We also train Elders to bring communion to home-bound and hospitalized members, if requested.
